This policy explains how PixelBridge Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us through it. Our company details appear at the top of this page.
1. Who is responsible for your data
PixelBridge Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, is the data user responsible for the personal data described in this policy under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (the “Ordinance”). You can reach us by email or post at the address shown above.
2. What we collect
We collect personal data only when you send us a message through the contact form. The form asks for:
- your name
- your company (optional)
- your email address
- your message
Providing these details is voluntary, but we cannot answer an enquiry without your name, email address and message.
When any visitor loads a page, our hosting provider processes technical data such as the IP address, browser type and time of the request. It uses this data to deliver the page and protect the site against abuse. We do not combine this data with anything else.
3. No cookies, analytics or tracking
This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media plugins or other third-party scripts. That is why you see no cookie banner.
4. Why we use your data
- To answer your enquiry. We use the details you send through the form to reply and to discuss any work you ask about. This is the purpose for which we collect them. We will not use them for any other purpose without your consent, as Data Protection Principle 3 of the Ordinance requires.
- To run and secure the website. Our hosting provider processes technical request data for this purpose only.
We do not use your data for direct marketing, profiling or automated decisions. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.
5. Who processes your data for us
We use the following service providers. Each processes personal data only on our instructions, and we do not pass your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website. Pages and the contact form run in Vercel’s Hong Kong region.
- Resend delivers the email that the contact form generates.
- Google provides the email inbox that receives contact form messages.
Some of these providers are based outside Hong Kong or may access data from outside it. Where that happens, we rely on contractual terms with the provider that require it to protect your data to a standard comparable to the Ordinance and to use it only for the service it provides to us.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any follow-up, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows. If we enter into a contract with you or your company, we keep related correspondence for as long as the law requires. Our hosting provider keeps technical request logs for a short, limited period. We do not keep personal data for longer than we need it for these purposes.
7. Your rights
Under the Ordinance you have the right to:
- ask whether we hold personal data about you and receive a copy of it
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate
- be told what kinds of personal data we hold and how we use them
We will also delete your enquiry if you ask us to and we no longer need it.
To use any of these rights, email us at the address shown above. We will respond within 40 days, as the Ordinance requires. The Ordinance allows us to charge a reasonable fee for a data access request; we do not currently charge one.
You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong (PCPD).

We may update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top of the page shows when we last changed it.
